By engaging Pro Interior Crafts for design services, you agree to these terms. Our services include interior design consultation, space planning, custom furniture design, and project implementation.

2. Payment Terms

Consultation fees are due at time of service. Design packages require 50% deposit to begin work, with balance due upon completion. Custom furniture requires 60% deposit with balance due upon delivery.

3. Project Timeline

Timelines are estimates based on project scope. Delays due to material availability, client changes, or unforeseen circumstances may extend completion dates.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate measurements, access to spaces, timely feedback on designs, and prompt payment according to agreed schedule.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all design work. Custom furniture is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the piece.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for damages to existing property during installation unless caused by our negligence.

7. Intellectual Property

All design concepts and custom furniture designs remain our intellectual property until final payment is received. Clients receive full usage rights upon payment completion.
